Awful customer service
I booked my room with hotels.com about a month before my stay and arrived there and there was no room for me. The hotel was not helpful with customer service and not able to contact hotels.com. I never got a room that night and am still waiting for hotels.com and/ or the hotel to reimburse me. I was there for a conference and there were 3 other people who did not get rooms as well. We slept 5 people in a room. This is unacceptable for both hotels.com and the hotel. I should have gotten my money back immediately. The second night they gave me a room key for a dirty room with cigarette butts. They also had no food available for room service. The wifi does not work at all. It was overall a horrible experience.
