Very disappointed with this time staying here. Fridge didn’t work, bath didn’t work. Then went for breakfast at 5.50 and was rudely told that breakfast started at 6.00 and told to leave. Then another guy was allowed in to sit down and wait inside for the 10 minutes.

The employees are highly respectful and very friendly, and this is no surprise considering the nature of the good people of Indonesia..The hotel never lived up to the five star rating… the towels were overly used and has changed colour, carpets are dirty … even the coffee was bad as we had to have our coffee in the morning outside the hotel … overall it was an unpleasant experience
