Decent stay, good location close to everything
Room service is not done everyday during your stay. Even when the room service is there, they only clean what you request them to. They didn’t make the bed. Bed was squeaky whenever we moved so pretty much got restless night. Breakfast option are limited. Overall, a average experience!

13th Birthday
Well I arrived around 7am and the automatic doors wasn't releasing to open. So we stood in the door way until someone notice us. Other than that, we did the early check in. Our room was a good size for 3 of us. Breakfast was good as well. We got our hospitality water. Housekeeping came the same day we check -in, that was strange. Our room accommodation was very comfortable. The bed was okay, the pillows were flat. It was still a pleasant stay. Oh i didn't see any USB ports and the wall socket didn't charge our phones, only the outlet near the range. We took turns using it.

We enjoyed our stay at the homewood suites, it met our needs as a base for exploring nyc over the week. We were a bit disappointed with hot breakfast options some days, just not our tastes. We really enjoyed the coffee and drinks in the foyer available at all times. The gym, laundry and rooftop was also a nice touch. Evening reception on a Wednesday was also a nice surprise. Staff were overall polite and helpful although variable at times, but understandable as it’s a busy hotel. The street area often had homeless groups nearby at night but suspect that’s due to the harm reduction centre which is on the same street. We never had any issues or felt unsafe. Housekeeping were great, they forgot our room one day but were available to rectify this for us.

Business traveler!
Me & my coworkers had a great stay here! We've stayed in quite a few shoebox hotels in the city and this was the best change we ever made! Small kitchen, free breakfast, great desk, fast wifi, king bed, spacious room & bathroom! Jess in the lobby was a gem and helped us with recommendations. Giselle at the front desk was also very helpful, efficient and sweet. Highly recommend staying here!

The property was easily walkable to Times Square. The staff we encountered was very nice, especially the person bussing the tables in the morning. They had a lot of entitled guests. The staff also gave us extra pillows. My complaints are that the pillows were lousy (which is why we needed more), the bed was uncomfortable, and the towels felt like sandpaper. Otherwise our stay was great.
