Apa Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower

Apa Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower

10/10 Excellent
"Nicely located property. lots of Apa hotels in the area. Our cab driver took us to the wrong one even though we specifically said which one. So you should confirm. I really enjoyed having an in hotel onsen free of charge. Great way to relax after long days of walking. They only have 3 washer and dryers so be warned they are always busy. Plus the dryer takes twice as long as the wash. Everyone jockeying for position. Easy to drop off luggage if you arrive before check in. Automated checkin so very easy. We really enjoyed this hotel. Rooms are very small but this is typical for hotels in Japan."

APA Hotel & Resort Roppongi Ekihigashi

APA Hotel & Resort Roppongi Ekihigashi

10/10 Excellent
"First time in Japan and we used this hotel as our home base. For two people no kids it’s definitely enough space especially when the main priority is just to sleep a lot of space under the bed for storage and it’s not far from a couple of stations that could get you alllll around Tokyo AND there’s a don Quijote 4min walk away. Awesome view of Tokyo tower with a lap pool and onsens on the top floor. If you’re traveling to explore and plan to spend 90% of your time exploring the prefectures then this is a perfect spot to come back and rest. Walking distance to a lot of things including teamlabs borderless, Tokyo tower, mori tower etc."

During this time, visitors can discover an array of attractions, including temples, museums, monuments, and vibrant urban areas, all while enjoying budget-friendly options that offer great value for money. With the possibility that prices could drop during these months, it’s an ideal opportunity for travellers on a budget to experience Tokyo's unique blend of tradition and modernity.

  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on various factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a more affordable stay in a Tokyo hotel. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we can suggest alternative dates that could help you find a more favourable option.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be more expensive; however, thanks to Tokyo's superb public transport network, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located further afield that remains well connected. For those eager to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
