Very Good8.0
Not bad at all... Convenient stalls within 100m, lots of dinner options and close to train stations; IT is good to have a washing machine in the room.

Hotel in Shimbashi Area.
Overall stay was great. They only provide changing of towels and removal of trash for stays less then 7 days. Bedmaking and full housekeeping is once a week. Location wise, it was about a little more than 5 minutes walk from Shimbashi Station. But you literally pass through rows of eateries before crossing the junction to reach the hotel. There is a little shrine just at the junction near the hotel. We arrived from Narita airport and took the Narita Airport Express at 1330¥ / person. No need to change train directly to Shimbashi Station. About an hour plus. Stayed in Residential Double that comes with washing machine with dryer which is just great. But they only provide you with 1 packet of laundry detergent for less than 1 week stay. Additional need to be purchase at 30¥ each. Surprisingly no free bottle of water but there is a kettle to boil water. Room has microwave, small portable stove, cutting board, a knife , cups and cutleries and a mini fridge. Oh there is a pants press available too but didnt use it. Also dehumidfier/humidifier in the room. There is no cabinet to hang your clothes but a rack just at the wall of entrance to hang your clothes. Just an observation that maybe housekeeping overlooked. The room clock at the bed side table and also the lamp above the table was covered with dust. It could be from the linen. I wiped it with wet tissue and it is fine. Overall, good and pleasant stay. Staff are very helfpul and polite aways. l will recommend.

Great stay!
This hotel was great for our one night stay on our way out of Japan. It is a quick walk from the Shimbashi train station and close to many restaurants. It was perfect to be able to do our clothes washing and drying on our last night of our trip. The room was nice and clean.

I'd stay there again!!!
I felt safe. The hotel is quite modern and minimalist... but small cramped space, it's okey for short stays. The cleanliness or freshness is up there! The staff were really courteous and displayed such professional demeanor. I'd stay there again.

It felt like home
We really appreciated that the air temperature could be controlled from the room and the window could be opened slightly. It made for good air quality and a really comfortable night's sleep. Our residential double was quite small but had everything we needed, even dishwashing liquid and a sponge for washing dishes. The in-room washer-dryer required a bit of practice to use and the clothes did not dry completely (they never do with these combination models), but it did help us to get by with fewer clothes. Breakfast had limited choices and the breakfast room was quite small, but we found the food tasty. Coffee could be improved though. The coffee from the Seven Eleven around the block was a good alternative at only 100 yen. The area around the hotel is a popular night spot for office workers, with some interesting bars and restaurants built right into the tunnels under the train. We found the staff friendly and helpful, and had no trouble with communication in English. Overall an excellent stay in a nice, less touristy area of Tokyo. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend that friends do so.
