Overall a good place to stay in Ginza
The location is great, especially if one is interested in kabuki theatre. The rooms are compact as I was traveling by myself it was fine. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet could use some variety and some upgrading. Staff is very good and take good care of guests

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel is in a great location. All stores and restaurants in walking distance. The train station right at the corner along with a grocery store. The hotel is very close to Haneda airport, about 20-30 mins. The hotel is very clean and check in was fast. Staff really tries to help in every way. The rooms are a bit small but depends what you are used to. The washer/dryer in room helps a lot too. The hotel also has breakfast, it is okay not the best. Still a great hotel to stay at for your time in tokyo.

Bad experience! Very disappointing
I was very disappointed with this one. Honestly, I like this brand very much as my past experiences stayed at the one in Shinjuku were very good. I chose this one since it was quite new and i had faith in it. However, it was very bad as one of the evenings when i returned to my room to drop something off, i found the door was not locked and just simply having the door lock to hold it opened. Luckily all my laptops & ipads were there. I never stayed at any hotel like this and was so disappointed. Of coz, when i complained to the hotel, they can just apologize. Moreover, the bathroom was smelly and i found the housekeep didnt clean up the drainage / filter properly. Carpet had stains in several spots. This was totally an awful experience i stayed at Japan with similar brand hotels previously. Even location wise is very good, I doubt if i will stay here again.
