Vo & Eugene at the concierge desk were wonderful and everyone that I made contact with from housekeeping, to the spa treated me with great care. A beautiful and new hotel, the staff are super great. The amenities are pretty good and included bike parking. For a luxury hotel, the restaurant could be better and the pool had a lot of rules (e.g. you must wear a swim cap). Overall it felt a bit uptight and hard to fully relax, but that also could be a reflection of the clientele.

We loved staying here. The staff was phenomenal. We travelled with our 3 year old daughter and everyone was welcoming, patient and thoughtful. They even gave her a stuffed toy when we arrived. The hotel was beautiful. We enjoyed having breakfast in their restaurant every morning, and my husband loved the gym. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

This was beyond my expectations of fabulous We stayed 8 nights and i never wanted to leave. I am a 1 hotel person and have stayed in many of their properties. The views are amazing 40 stories above Tokyo you can see the entire city. The rooms are nice and large .. the one bedroom suits was over the top. I would live there. The staff went above and beyond for all Our needs. I will stay again every trip I return to Tokyo. 8 night went too fast in this gem of a hotel.

We booked this hotel same day after finding ourselves in a nightmare Airbnb situation and it was truly amazing to wind up here after all that. This hotel is insanely gorgeous and feels so luxurious and comfortable. The room are big and the views are insane and the beds are so comfy. I also loved the huge shower/bathtub room as well as the spa locker rooms and indoor pool. We had a few hiccups with being able to ask for certain amenities (the tv ordering system wouldn’t work and then staff wouldn’t always answer the phone) and at one point our room phone was connected to some random guy’s hotel room whenever we would try to call reception…so that was annoying but otherwise the perfect stay and so convenient to wherever you want to go in Tokyo-the entrance to the train station is like 10 steps from the hotel entrance

Our family spent the last night of our Japan trip at 1 Hotel Tokyo, and it couldn't have been a better ending. The moment we opened the door, the Tokyo Tower filled the entire window. We all literally screamed with excitement, turned off the lights, and stood by the window together, taking in the breathtaking night view. The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. What impressed me most was how spacious the room was. Instead of squeezing guests into tiny rooms with expensive marble and designer furniture, they prioritized usable space. We had plenty of room to open all of our luggage. The design is tasteful, modern, and eco-conscious without ever feeling cheap. The food was another highlight. Breakfast had a great variety, the restaurant is beautiful, and both the coffee bar and cocktail bar are wonderful places to relax. Every front desk staff member we interacted with spoke excellent English, making communication effortless. During this trip we stayed at Four Seasons, St. Regis, Ochiairo, Ubuya, AC Hotel, and 1 Hotel. Among all of them, 1 Hotel offered the best value for money. For around $500–600 per night, we got an incredible Tokyo Tower view, a spacious room, an extremely comfortable bed, great amenities, and excellent dining. Don't forget to check out their pool. It's like heaven.

This is a Gem. A new hotel to the Tokyo line up of upscale stays. I am a 1 hotel person where ever i travel, i book a 1 hotel stay anyplace there is availability. This new beauty is a must if you are looking for a Tokyo stay. We stayed 8 nights. The first 3 nights we booked a one bedroom which was beautiful a lot of room and a fabulous view of Tokyo left for out next destination, We went to Kyoto for 4 nights and came back and booked another 5 night stay in a king luxury suite. The 1 bedrooms were already taken. Both times the team went above and beyond for me. They considered me their friend as i stayed so long. Beautiful views, nice big rooms and an elegant yet boogie atmosphere. Pajamas and robes, welcome snacks and notes, fresh fruit and slippers. We also dinnee in the restaurant, had their special tea service which I highly recommend it. took numerous photos and videos that i will be editing and posting as well. I will return to Tokyo and stay at 1 again.

This is a new hotel. Everything in the hotel was nice and well appointed. The staff on the other hand was not well managed and very much lacking in the service department. Some tried hard but didn’t seem to have any answers or couldn’t help. The wait staff was average at best. The hotel is beautiful but I don’t think I would consider this a 5 star hotel.
