This property was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of room to spread out our luggage. Bunks for the kids. Two attached twins for the adults. Laundry in the room!!! So nice! 6 minute walk to Akihabara station and so many excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood.

10/10 Exceptional

This accommodation is great especially for longer stays, as it’s relatively large (especially Japan standards) and has a washing machine/dryer and iron. Was comfortable for 4 pax. They provide washing detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush/toothpaste, hair dryer and combs as well. Also, you can request for Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart game! The kids enjoyed it. In addition, the service was good. Quite convenient and near to Akihabara station with multiple food places and supermarket/convenience stalls nearby. If you have a lot of luggage, suggest going to Akihabara station and not Asakusabashi station as the latter is quite some distance away! Overall, strongly recommend this accommodation!

4/10 Fair

The hotel itself was great. However, we booked a room for five people and chose a room that clearly said 'Sleeps 6'. bit the room turned out to have only four TWIN beds and the counter staff told me that one of the kids could sleep with an adult. our youngest is a teenager and just as tall as her mom, so this was a no go. The room also only had four pillows and when we requested another, we were told that all the pillows were already 'rented out'. Disappointing to say the least but we only booked one night so we made it work.
