I rarely have terrible experiences but this is one I have to write about. As soon as we checked into the hotel after a long train ride, we were told that there was no hot water and that someone was there to fix it. When we got back to the hotel after dinner, it was already midnight and when I asked the (new) receptionist if the water situation was fixed, he said yes. Well, there was no hot water nor was there any water pressure despite there being two waterfall shower heads. We basically had to wash ourselves as best as we could with cold water. If it hadn't been so late, I would've asked Hotels.com to move us to a different hotel. In the morning, there was still no hot water and I asked several guests at the (terrible) breakfast if they had hot water and everyone upset that they still could not shower. I was glad we were only there for one night but I'm not happy that I wasted a free night on this hotel. None of the three receptionists I encountered offered a discount or free night for this inconvenience. It's terrible customer service and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
