The best hotel in Canada. Pure attention to detail. From reception to waiting staff to chefs. What lets the whole experience down are the valet staff. More interested in chatting in a huddle than dealing with hotel guests. I unloaded the car and took the bags toward the hotel by the time someone looked up

The hotel is truly amazing. The only complaint is that the rooms have a thick wall-to-wall carpet which is virtually impossible to keep clean. The restaurants are not very appealing, except the breakfast.
