Quaint and quiet
The small size of this hotel was nice because we were in Miami over spring break. We didn’t experience any of the crowds or noise associated with spring break and it was so nice. The only issues we had was getting our room keys to work. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful. The property quiet and we had the pool to ourselves.

Worth the money
Overall the stay was great. Prime location close to the beach but not close to all noisy bars . The staff is super friendly and willing to help . Easy check in procedure . Room is very spacious , with all amenities . Nice balcony. What I didn’t like is that a room wasn’t good maintained , each time we took a shower the unpleasant drain smell occurred . Also strong unpleasant corridor scent ( perfume ).

Lovely small hotel. The entrance is confusing though and the elevator is in a small corridor behind the bar. Very clean and quiet. The bathroom in the room has a frosted glass wall separating itself from the bedroom. Somewhat un private. Not a fan. Good restaurants within walking distance. Their Italian restaurant across the street is awesome but a bit pricey.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect area. Right on ocean acenue, but far enough away from the center to avoid the crazy crowds. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. The beach is a 2 minute walk, perfect for a sunrise on the beach. They have complimentary fruit infused water and coffee in the lobby and the rooftop is perfect for a chill pool day. I believe the listing says laundry services are available but they're not (no biggie there's a laundromat a few blocks away but good to know). Overall enjoyed my stay very much.
