Had a fabulous stay. We had two rooms booked and both were upgraded on arrival to Tresor Junior Suites. Staff all very helpful. Rooms clean. More umbrellas needed at the pool - needed to be there early to get one. It was expensive - $22 for a non-alcoholic smoothie! - but that’s Miami for you.

We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend for my birthday. We were upgraded to a corner suite at the Sorrento tower. This one bedroom suite was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views over the beach and ocean and the pool area. All staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!

I didn’t realize how big the hotel is, but it is gorgeous! Check in and check out is very organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and it was delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they look modern and well kept. We asked for extra towels and shampoo, and they were so generous! We would definitely stay there again

Large resort with a ton of outdoor amenities. Food is great. Staff is helpful. Always felt safe even when my kids were nowhere to be seen. I do wish they had a standard volleyball court or something of that nature for the more athletic teens, the kids slide just doesn’t do it for them. Otherwise it was a fabulous trip.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and timely. Didn't get a chance to utilize all the amenities like the pool or.gym but they looked good. They need to add a microwave in the lobby area and coffee machines in the rooms

Beautiful, classy property with direct access to the beach and multiple pools. Staff is ready to serve you and make you feel welcome. However, the beach is full of seaweed therefore I did not get into the water and I am assuming other guests felt the same because the pools were packed and there were no seats available besides the beds which cost $400-$700 to rent. Besides that, I loved everything else. Room was spacious for 4 people and well maintained.

I went with my two young children. I was concerned being it’s known as a party hotel. However, it really worked out, there is hustle and bustle at night but the place is so big, you can make it what you want, whether to relax or to party it’s their for you to choose. The staff were AMAZING!! Extremely attentive and proactively willing to make our stay memorable, for me the staff was the highlight of our trip. From check in, to the beach, to the pool, even to the bathrooms, the staff was the top of the line!! I met families, childless couples, and singles and everyone was having a great time !! The energy was amazing!! My kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Just remember everything food wise is expensive. It’s the location so it’s expected but a child size lunch is $18 without a drink. Everything else was above that. You can’t have outside food in the pool area so, it’s challenging on that front. Overall, I would definitely stay her again with or without my children!

Wonderful hotel with great facilities. Nice pools, bars and restaurants. We had an excellent and comfortable apartment with a full kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. We had a breakfast buffet only on the first morning and it was wonderful, one of the best I ever had. But then someone decided to cancel the buffet and for the rest of our stay gave us ala carte breakfast but with a limited amount to spend. We could get only one meal and a dessert for that amount and had to wait much longer. That was a terrible decision by the management. Another downside is taking a deposit. I gave my credit card, why do they insist on charging a deposit? We had to wait for more than one month to get our money back. Don't understand that hotel policy. So if I summarise, it's a wonderful hotel in an excellent location and with great staff but with some bad rules and decisions by the management.

My original room had delaminated windows with bubbles on them which made it difficult to look out . The staff were very efficient in changing my room which was very nice other than a tiny bathroom

Second time staying here for a girls trip. If you have more than two girls staying in the room, just be mindful that the bathroom is definitely on the smaller side. Pool is great.
