The hotel is getting at bad old condition and no one touches up. Hotel was less than half full and they gave us the worst location view room, terrible, even we are a regular customers. We did not feel much appreciated and no one called us next day to state, can we offer you a better location room! No room service, one excuse due pandemic we do not clean, then you call complain and they do. Excuses on all , like no tomorrow, unbelievable!
This resort was great! Beautiful views, great access to restaurants and a good time. Very convenient and no need to leave. We had an ocean view. Nice room, pretty basic. Nothing fancy. Air did not work our entire stay and toilet was out of service upon arrival but they quickly fixed it. Only parking is valet which seemed to be about $25+/day. All dining automatically adds service fees regardless of the service you get. SteakStrip was delicious and perfect. We even got a surprise dessert for our anniversary! Hakassan had awful service from the hostess to the server but the food was DELICIOUS!! Bleau Bar in the lobby was great to end the night. Nice atmosphere and service. Pizza and Burger had good pizza and wings. Nice patio seating next to pool! Easy beach access but plan to wait almost 2 hours for 2 drinks. I had a peach drink which was delicious and probably worth the wait. Great lattes and pastries at Chez Bon Bon and Tania went out of her way to make sure I was able to get my custom anniversary cake, which was so meaningful and perfect! We did a couples massage in a suite at Lapis and there was really no point in getting the suite because you can't use anything in there. Also for being a 20k sq ft spa, it's more of a waste of space. Only thing you can do is use a hot tub in either men or women's area and the coed one. It's pretty but no amenities to really use. Massage sucked. It was more of a touch session than anything lol. Overall-nice getaway!
Beautiful hotel, only thing I was disappointed with was the long wait to check in and service since COVID we couldn’t get out room cleaned which was unpleasant since we were staying for 3 nights and I had my entire family with me (wife+4kids). Ran out of towels and toilet paper when I called the front desk they said they would send someone up and nobody ever showed up, also paid extra to have an ocean view and when we got to the room 3 huge palm trees outside our window.
I would say this is one of the best hotel in Miami if you are staying in Chateau or Tresor tower. Only thing they need to improve about hot tub pool occupancy like there were more than 20 people.
My family had an amazing time . All the restaurants serve great food as well .
Fontainebleau is my fav place to stay !!! Always the best of the best !!! My fav place in Miami Beach
Great hotel we love it!!!
AC was broken. Halls smelled like marijuana. No social distancing. Trash can was dirty on arrival. Very disappointing stay.
The room we stayed in the shower was broken, informed them at 4 pm date of check in. At 11 that morning after no response physically went to the front desk and they said that it could not be fixed and offered us another room. While having no other choice we had to repack our things and move to another room. The next day we asked for service to clean the room and they said they do not offer that but would bring towels. They brought us 2 towels and left them in the floor in the rom. I have stayed at the Fountainebleau many times this stay was embarrassing.
The hotel is the party hotel on the weekends. Not a family environment. Smell weed inside the hotel and out by the pool. Would not come back here w family. Crowd was better once weekday rolled around. Concierge was excellent, assisted w great restaurants recommendations and everglades tour. Service at beach was slow and not on point.
