Casa Monica was beautiful and in a perfect location. The staff was great and ver accomodating, it was clean and had a fun lobby. The only complaint that I have to give it 4 stars is because we paid for a king but ended up getting a queen. No biggie but it is a complaint. But never discussed with the staff, just lived with it for one night. Would definitely stay at Casa Monica again!

No one offered to handle our bag. We had to get them ourselves from transport to our room. And we had no heat in our room they had to bring up a portable space heater I mean after paying over $1600 per our hotel stay I find that pretty disappointed I would not stay there ever again.

This is the best spot to stay. It is quiet but right on the edge of everything. It is historic and lovely The rooms and showers and beds are perfect The valet. Housekeeping front staff all excellent We also had drinks and food in the bar and it was excellent. Huge bonus we did the magic show which is every Sat night which was highlight. The pool and hot tub. Was fantastic. It was great.

Room was clean and nice. Had issue with shower repaired after repoeted. Great customer service in the front desk.Reataurant on the other hand. Bad communication misinformation. The icing on the cake was that we waited 30 minutes to be sad then another 30 minutes and told that there were no more eggs and send on our way. Limited ingredients as well. Wasted our time in the morning breakfast opportunity.
