8/10 Very good

Friendly
Wonderful, warm welcome. Room very comfortable. Few tweaks needed - drawers not easily accessible, hanging space a bit high. Wonderful shower - walk-in, such a treat as most hotels have showers inaccessible to anyone with any mobility issues. Surprisingly quiet even though on main road. Great for a couple of nights

We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and only 1 room was available. The staff blamed Expedia and we will never know the truth of the matter. We ended up with having a Z bed to accommodate the 3rd adult. The bar was closed by 8.30PM when we got back to the hotel, and none of us could sleep until the early hours due to all the noise outside, people screaming and boy racers screaming past.

We were double booked hence when we arrived we were told there was no room. Our son then accidentally left his bag and when we called to asked if we could leave it overnight and collect in the morning we were told no and refused any help. The customer service was terrible.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Avoid this place and dont book via hotels.com, they double book the rooms then charge you again or send you away! We were charged 120 for a makeshift room next to the main door that had no facilities and a half glazed door that let all the light in from the hallway all night so had to use sheets to try and block the light out! And no, toast and rice crispys does not constitute a "continental breakfast!" Three others were turned away while we were there due to "double bookings!" So how do we get our money back that we paid hotels.com??
Absolutely shocking!!!!
