Returning for a third time! The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet location ideally suited for walking down into Keswick and for heading off to visit other locations. From the minute we arrived, we received the warmest of welcome. A family run hotel and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and coffee and cake served in the lounge. Excellent location just a short walk into the centre of town, lots of great bars/restraunts/shops etc. The room was clean and cozy, the rest of the building was full of character, really stunning. The addition of a fan in the room was great in the warmer weather. The staff are very friendly and helpfull, very knowledgeable about local walks and amenities. The breakfast was fabulous, all fresh and cooked to order, excelent range of continental buffet options, locally made sausages and fresh baking everyday. Great parking right next to the building, lovely patio area and gardens to wander round. We've had a lovely stay, will be heading back to the same place!

The bedrooms are a great size, breakfast is delicious and the staff cannot do enough to look after you from arrival to departure.
