They cleaned up my room even though I was bed ridden, they brought me an ice pack and towel for my foot, and they even did my laundry for me! I will remember this place forever. Besides that, I think staying at a Ryokan for a couple nights while visiting Japan is a cultural must.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer
The room was exactly as pictured. The staff was friendly. The shower was fully stocked. It was near a train station. The neighborhood was quiet. The hotel was near many sites. The only downside was we were kicked from the wifi. That was less of downside and more of a thing that happened.
