Great Hotel near Kyoto Station
Loved our stay great location 2 minutes away from our Shinkansen stop and lots of eateries to choose from nearby. Good size room for 3. New, so facilities were great, beds nice and firm, good service and the breakfast was amazing offering Japanese and western hot breakfast. Will definately stay again

Excellent location right in the middle of the train station and you wouldn’t even know it. We were allowed earlier check in because our room was ready. Super clean high quality service. Would recommend.

Good Location Bad Service
The location is perfect as it was situated in the Kyoto Train Station however the staff was not very helpful mainly because they were not able to speak or understand English. Communication was a problem. As an example, the check-in line was long and the receptionist was not too friendly as he tried to process you out quickly. He couldn't answer questions and kept saying sorry but really didn't mean it.
