Best location
The best thing about the hotel is its location, literally next to the station to take any of the yellow or orange lines. It is close to the main stations such as Penn Station and Grand Central. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is comfortable and very well located. The lobby staff is very friendly and helpful.

Charge to leave bags after check, no yissues in the room, pillows were flat and when we asked for extras they were not available, only trash can was in the bathroom, shower curtain is too short so no matter how careful we were the floor got soaked
