    Gets the job done

Stayed here for one night with my girlfriend as we visited Banff for the day. Very clean hotel, friendly staff and comfy/cozy room.

Beautiful views and great bistro. Hotel room was a bit run down with older furniture. Duvet on one of the beds had stains and the bed sheet was ripped. Staff was super friendly and responsive. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner or anything after 1pm. Would be nice to have it open for at least drinks in the evening.

This was a very weird stay. First, no vending machines on site so if you're thirsty or want a snack you need to go into town. The view was beautiful, but unfortunately we could not leave the windows open to enjoy the mountain air as another guest had a fire going and it was filling our room with smoke. As for parking, there was none available in the lot, so we kind of made our own and parked up on some snow. The cleanliness was good except the floor needed a vacuum.

Location is beyond perfect, the room with a view is breathtaking, the staff was great, the brunch is extraordinary. The only thing this hotel needs is some remodeling of the rooms, they need to be brought up to this century

The room definitely needed a good cleaning. There was garbage on top the TV cabinet (at eye level) and under the bed was terribly dirty with garbage. The shower wasn't the best (low pressure) but worked. I was really unimpressed with the amount of staff I saw working the front desk just not masking at all. This was around their coworkers and other hotel guests. Really not impressed given its literally required due to the pandemic. Also parking was a bit of a pain because of the amount of people going to the restaurant and not having reserved parking for hotel guests. Honestly would not stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was smaller than what we were expecting and the hot tub was close. But the view was incredible and we really enjoyed brunch at the bistro.

    Would stay again :)

I have always loved this hotel and if you stay on the woodland side the mountain air in the morning is amazing! The opposite side has an amazing view of Banff! The room was clean and comfortable as always! My only issue was the plug ins, nothing would stay in them they were too loose so I couldn’t charge my phone.

For a night in the mountains our stay was okay. We decided to upgrade and pay the extra for a mountain view - I would not recommend as all you hear is the loud highway.
