We enjoyed our three day break at Nethybridge very much in this fine old hotel. Even though it’s looking a bit tired in places, it makes up for any shortcomings with bags of character and first class, friendly and professional staff. The room and bathroom were really spacious and comfortable and the buffet breakfast caters for all tastes and is delicious. We ate in the restaurant for dinner each night and thoroughly recommend as the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Overall, a memorable stay, and we’d happily come back if returning to this lovely part of Scotland.

This hotel was lovely. Old building with lots of creaking but the room was very spacious and great accommodations while traveling with the family (18 & 21 year old with us). The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. There was space downstairs with a lounge and sitting space to one side and a bar and dining space to the other. The breakfast was ok but Nethy Cafe just a 2 minute walk was great!

As others have noted, property could use some updates - new carpet, paint. While worn, areas were clean and staff was friendly. Room itself was good size, clean, comfortable bed and new bedding. Not at all as in pictures, and building needs renovation. Creaky floors meant you could hear every your neighboors every step. The pictures led us to believe that the are had a beautiful open view.
