Had no problems at all and the stay was good, staff were helpful, place was clean, honestly have nothing to complain about. They did an amazing job bringing my friend a birthday cake on her birthday. And we’re really supportive of all requests. Great job. Breakfast is so elite, literally tons of choices of food to choose from each morning. Five stars from me.

Lovely hotel shame about location & building work
The FC JVC hotel is great and staff are brilliant but the JVC area is a 24/7 dusty building site and is a 50 minute drive from the beaches. You expect building work in Dubai but herethe cranes swing over the pool area. Traffic and noise levels are a problem. When JVC is built, and the roads and metro extended, this hotel will be wonderful.

There is constant construction happening around the hotel on all four sides of the building, the walls and windows are not noise canceling so you can hear the banging. At the pool when trying to relax it’s not favorable it starts early morning and ends late at night
