Very good hotel. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. When we went down for our free breakfast, we had to wait in line for at least 20min. They were seating people very slowly and saying there were no tables available. When we finally got in, there were empty tables. The breakfast was fantastic, but the wait was awful

Hotel email about changes looked like a scam email
We did not stay at the Fairfield Inn! I received an email telling me we had been moved to a new hotel. The email was not on the company email and appeared to be a scam, so I didn't take it seriously until the day of travel when I called to confirm, only to be told we had been moved. I thought about booking through Hotels.com; would all communication be through hotels or in the app? I inquired about an upgrade for the inconvenience and was told this was the best they could do; it was very frustrating. In a time when there are so many scammers, hotels need to ensure any changes are communicated in a safe and secure manner.
