They helped me alot in diffrenet matters such as how to get to different locations etc. They also recommended a nice Sento (public bath) nearby and that was one of the best experiences of the entire trip. Overall a great stay
One of the best hotels we've stayed at during our 20-day trip to Japan. The location was within walking distance of many points of interest in Kyoto. The room was clean, comfortable, and of moderate size, considering the average size of Japanese hotel rooms. The staff was super helpful with our luggage forwarding needs. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks were available to guests for free. Overall a great stay.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the most popular Nishiki Market. Regarding the price, we still think the room has a high price-performance ratio. One note is that our booking includes a one-person breakfast every day. However, due to the kitchen renovation, we can only enjoy the breakfast service one day. Even though the hotel gave a small gift, we do not think they are good enough.
