we are the return customers, it is a grant hotel and really good value for money. it is super convenient! Just 8 minutes walk from the Kyoto station. Grant facilities like washing machine, business centre, public hot spring bath, massage chair and free coffee. It clean and comfortable plus reasonable space as the money you spent :)) We definitely return again when traveling to Kyoto!

This hotel was excellent in terms of value. Across the street from Kyoto station, clean and helpful staff who were able to navigate conversations in English. :) I also liked that we could securely store our luggage before/after we checked out, and there was a large space to work and have coffee/water with lots of light. The buffet breakfast was hands down the best I have ever had a hotel. So many different options to choose from, warm foods were served at the perfect temperature and despite a high volume of visitors it was still well organized and clean. Highly recommend this hotel and would certainly go back if I ever have the option!
