Stayed for the last 4 days of our trip at this location in a 3 bed room with the glass partition between the bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area. Fantastic building, great soundproofing, and the balcony is great. Wifi speed is tolerable, unlike every other hotel we stayed at (around 50-80 megabits/s up/down), and each bed essentially has its own drawer and hangers, along with personal dimmer lights on the ceiling. Very quiet, local neighborhood. Gave us room to breathe after staying in mostly one room cramped accomodations most of the trip.
Downside? It's a brisk 8-10 minute walk to Iriya station exit number 1 and the trains are almost always jammed during rush hour. Not the end of the world if you're making that walk twice a day while you're out exploring tokyo...but it does put a damper on returning to the hotel midday. Plus, the initial and final trips with all your luggage is definitely a problem. However, the main street to the east is an easy place to flag down a cab to say, Asakusa station for a 1-2 minute walk to the hotel, so if you're willing to do one or two cab rides this hotel's location is not the end of the world.
