Excellent hotell staff and perfect hotel.
It was the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. They became our friends. And the placing of the hotell couldn’t not be more perfect, it was 1 min walk to the beach and 1 min walk to 5th Avenida. The hotel room was super fresh and the hotell had a djungel vibe which we loved.

Bed and pillows were so comfy, room and shower and balcony are good. The room is good for the price, I did bring earplugs because I read previous reviews hotel is close to nighclubs. I slept very well with earplugs not sure without them. Hotel is nice for the price and location.

Great boutique hotel which is a good value for its close location- close to the main strip of 5th Ave but quiet enough to sleep. Clean comfortable stay with the basics covered- air conditioning, hot water and a nice pool area. I have stayed here many times before and I am always happy!

The hotel should come with a warning, it's located in the party area of Playa del Carmen and there is music being played until 3am everyday.

Very friendly staff. Good location, surprisingly quite for being located on the strip. Pool area is a bit run down and the toilet seem to have a hard time flushing. When we arrived, on our first morning there was no running water in the bathroom until around 7am. Not bad for the price.

Great spacious place!
We booked the loft and it was great. Very spacious with a massive bed and a great view of sea! The location was very central to the town ( too although this mean that you hear the music at night) but we loved it. We had a small issue getting water on one of the days but the staff was very quick to react and it was solved in minutes. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was definitely recommend.

Great location, one block from the beach. Small hotel but great service for the price not luxurious but comfortable if you just need a place to sleep. It is a party town so you hear clubs going on until 3am but personally did not bother me.
