the amenities offered were closed with no advanced notice, hotel was rundown, filthy, carpets throughout and in the room (was rippled) & restaurant were filthy , receptionist has torn jeans, Restaurant - carpets were not cleaned in weeks. We have golfed here numerous times and really like the course. The “resort” however, is run down, neglected and has poor service. During our stay, the pool was closed and the satellite wasn’t working so there was literally nothing to do once we got back to our room. Our balcony overlooked a parking lot. The staff didn’t seem bothered by this in the least. Would never stay here again.

The staffs are so rude and unfriendly and unprofessional! They even didn’t know when the restaurant will open. We had to go out and have our dinner at The Dockside Patio as the Stone 21 restaurant of Pinestone resort was closed. No body should visit this place. Worst place for a getaway! Don’t recommend at all! Go to Bonnie View Inn and have food at The Dockside Patio. Very friendly and professional staffs and amazing view.
