Great location. Hard bed.
Hotel in a great location near to Clarke Quay and the downtown line MRT. Lots of nice restaurants near by. The pool area is good, the rooms are good but starting to look a little tired. Service was good and staff were helpful. Only negative as with most asian hotels the bed was rock hard and not the most comfortable.

Extremely terrible
It was extremely terrible, disappointed and frustrated!!!!!! I was told by the hotel receptionist Shane that the hotel cannot provide me the booked accommodation because there is no room available!!! He confirmed receive of my booking in their Hotel Group main server but not in their individual hotel system!!! Apart from me, there were over 10 other customers who experienced the same issue as me and could not get accommodation that night. I was so frustrated and panic at that point of time because it was already in middle of the night. I then checked the web and couldn’t find any other hotel accommodation available in Singapore except the two expensive hotels which charged $6,000 and 5,000 per night!!! I had no option but to change my travel plan to go straight to local airport and staying overnight there and trying to find alternate flight to leave Singapore as soon as possible! Before I left the Riverside hotel, I managed to ask the hotel receptionist to give me a written confirmation to document this terrible incident. I had already submitted by email to “Hotel.com Travel Services Team after phoning them on 18/11/22. Could you please follow this up with Riverside Hotel Singapore and convey my big disappointment and frustration to their management. Could you please kindly arrange the refund to me at your earliest convenience. As I am currently in London, for further contact, please reply by email. Thank you for your assistance! Betty Cheng
