清潔さは間違いなく標準に達していません。改善されることを願っています。
まず、hotel.com でホテルを予約したときに、チェックイン番号が与えられませんでした。 私の電話番号を知りたいのですぐに相談したいのですが 9月20日にチェックインし、101号室にチェックインしました。 部屋のデザインはスタイリッシュですが、清潔感は非常に悪いです。 グー・チェンをソファから抱き上げたところ、ゴミ、髪の毛、埃で覆われていました。 タオルには血痕がついています 一番大きかったのは、部屋に入ってから3～4時間エアコンをつけたのですが、全然涼しくなくて、やっと知識を駆使して開けてみたら、防塵フィルターが完全に汚れていました。埃だらけでした、長い間掃除していなかったのか、とても暑かったです、夜はスタッフが見つからなかったので、自分で分解して掃除しました。 初めて楽天ステイをレンタルさせていただきました。チェックインの時は大満足でしたが、色々な問題があり、ハード面は大丈夫でも、ソフト面の清掃が行き届いていないような気がしました。お願いします。改善することができます。
