Great for a business stay
The hotel is great for a business stay, it has the needed requirement but not more. The restaurant is great but with limited choice. The breakfast has a lot of choices. The room was quiet and fully equipped.

Staff were disorganized from the start of our stay. After check-in we decided to take a short nap before an evening out. About 20 minutes into the nap and we were awoken when another family entered our room. They had been issued a key and ch caked-into the same room as us! A few minutes later that family returned with one of the front desk employees to our room. The IBIS employee was very rude and she told us that we were in the wrong room-when she was the person that had issued us the room key at check-in. It was a horrible experience that was made worse by the fact that neither the employee nor her manager ever apologized to us for their mistake, our privacy being violated, nor for the rudeness we experienced from staff. Furthermore, the facilities are antiquated and housekeeping was very poor.

Pros: Clean, stylish, convenient (right next to the motorway, easy checking in and out, English-speaking staff). Good breakfast buffet with French and American breakfast items. Clean room/bathroom. Average: Small rooms (typical of French hotels at this rate). No way to make hot water in the morning (again, very typical). Cons: Not many restaurants and such since it is on the far side of the town. Very little amenities -- only one towel per guest, no lotion, etc. No iron/ironing board.
