Room was great. Public area dated.
At first I got a room which was tiny. I asked to upgrade to a bigger room and I paid $25 euros more a night but the room was significantly larger and nicer. The hall way and public area looked very dated and old but it’s okay as long as the room was okay.

Gem of a hotel
Very clean comfortable hotel. Lovely toiletries and rooms cleaned daily. ( slippers would have been nice) Helpful reception staff , happy to give directions, recommend restaurants etc. Good choice of breakfast with seating inside and out. Hotel within walking distance to all tourist areas.

Good, but expensive for what you get
Good hotel and good location to the old town and main shopping street which are two of the better places in Nice. Hotel however is just good, found it expensive give room/bathroom size (a toilet you so close to the door) and the need to hire beach towels wasn’t great. Refillable water bottles in the room, although the sign about it was so small we didn’t even notice it, plus only one fountain nearish the lobby. They do have a shower you can assess in the lobby which we wish we had known to use pre-flight, would be good to let guests know about this. Bar area seemed nice but didn’t stay for any drinks. Overall a decent city hotel but compared with others we have stayed in I wouldn’t return unless prices were reduced!
