Excellent apartment in Namba Ebisu
The self-contained apartments were spacious and clean. There was a washing machine, but no dryer, however you can use the heating system in the bathroom to dry clothes every quickly. The apartment were also had good sound insulation. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome, especially with a large group like ours, but would be fine for a single family/duo/solo traveller.

Their rules are a little strict, but you should be fine as long as you are not a loud person who smokes. The interior is nice and clean, and the balcony has a beautiful view of the Osaka Tower (Tsūtenkaku).

Great hotel, great loaction
The hotel was easy to find, very central location. The room was modern and spacious, and had all the amenities needed. It was a quiet street, and the room had blackout curtains, so we slept really well. AC worked like a charm, which was needed during the hot days we were in Osaka. Would stay again.
