Good access to the USJ and this was the second time to stay at the hotel. The hotel was good overall but we were not amazed with the fact that the fridge and the bathroom fan were switched off while we were out on the first day despite food/drinks were in the fridge and washing were hang in the bathroom. We had to leave a note every day to make sure these were not switched off. Upstairs bath was great. Lots of people not respecting the Japanese customs, which was sad. Running about, shouting in the bath, not washing before going into the bath tub, not drying before going to the locker area. There should be warning to respect others.

Nice hotel near Universal. I didn’t care for how right the space was and the low beds. The breakfast was mainly Japanese and food was like warm.

Out of the 7 hotels we stayed at on our trip, this hotel was the worse. The staff had limited English and even with google translate, the staff were unhelpful. If you think of staying here because they have a DIY coin laundry, think again as out of the 6 machines, only 4 were working and the only time they appeared to be available was at 3.00 am/4.00 am in the morning. There are plenty of other hotels to stay at Universal Studios, I recommend staying at one of those.
