Great experience and very friendly staff. We got our room upgraded from garden view to pool view. Room is specious and modern . Food was very delicious and a lot of options from different cuisines. Lovely resort with around 7 pools/lagoons (although we counted 9 or 10!) in the quiet part of South Bali. Right on the beach with easy walking to beachfront restaurants and Bali Collection shopping centre. The resort has traditional dance performances and kids activities. Would recommend!
