I was having a really good time at the J Resort, with great associates like Cheryl, I think her name was ? , but she as acting manager helped me numerous times, with amazing service. The girl during the day, when I checked in, helped me get my baggage upstairs to my room , and was super friendly and nice. Kevin, the maintenance/security who came into my room for the second time I had to call management/ maintenance for a screen door, that didn’t work properly. Ed, at the front desk was nice and treated me with respect and acknowledged by his actions, that the customer is always right, and the customer, renting these rooms, helps pay their wages and possibly a lot of their bills. But one customer service clerk at the front desk BRIS, was very combative with me. I asked to confirm that I had a 1:00 checkout on Sunday morning/early afternoon. Bris informed me as she was the only person available, unfortunately for me, because her attitude was sub par at best. She was rude, obnoxious, and made me, the Customer who is, by the way, help paying HER salary. She was in a cranky, combative mood, and she made me feel like she didn’t care about the other manager approved my 1:00 checkout on Sun morning. She said, oh No, you have to be out at Noon, because we have a very busy Sunday, and you have to leave at noon. I said, did you check the notes on the room stay of 4 nights, and the note on the 1:00 checkout time, she said checkout time is noon . “see you at noon”. Obnoxious and rude
