Not Covid Regulated
We came in dec 2020. With Covid numbers rising I expect places of business to be cautious. There were several people roaming without masks on and in the lobby where the Utah mask mandate is not enforced. One lady at the check in was moving her mask away from Her mouth while speaking with the customers. I wouldn’t recommend it for people who respect and are concerned about Covid Protocols.

The good the employees were polite the room was clean but the bedsheet was torn and the bed was uncomfortable especially with the plastic cover on the mattress which made the sheets slide all over the place

Our stay was ok. We were disappointed that we only got two towels in the room and no coffee maker. Other then that it was an ok stay.

I WAS RIPPED OFF ON THE UPGRADE
My daughter and I were asked to upgrade to a suite for an additional $50. We agreed, but we were not given a suite as promised. We were given a two bedroom which is what we had ordered at first. We were definitely “ripped off”. IF YOU ARE ASKED TO UPGRADE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE, PLEASE REFUSE OR ASK TO VIEW IT FIRST.

Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Very strict with the mask routine. Had to remask in between sips of beer at the bar, but that's fine. Had the sausage and gravy breakfast dish for my dinner. Not all that good.

We were not happy about the doors near the elevators were closed, we are handicapped & had trouble walking all the way down the hall several times a day just to go eat & we had to make reservations to the cafe. no other places are doing that. We WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN......

Hotel was huge and casino great! Rooms need updating. Hotel check in took a bit and only 1 person in front of me but only 1 person working behind counter. It was nice and they did a nice job with masks and temp checks
