the hotel was ok to stay however, we booked 2 rooms and reviewed as poor, as they had accepted a party on the Saturday night, and they allowed the party to be on until midnight. The noise was very loud, with strong base which you could sleep or calm down to enjoy in the hotel. I have complained this to the reception in the evening and the next day to the manager who took the booking, however, they were just passing the ball to other team member. I hope they could take this seriously, as providing a comfortable and quiet stay for the hotel guests should be the priority to a hotel, not to earn the money for a party but disturbing the guests. The hotel had a very relax atmosphere even though it was very busy. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was perfect for our family and very clean. The pool was also clean and a nice space to chill out. We will be back.
