Good things: nice pillows, pretty gardens, nice English breakfast, ready to give advise and tips of where to go
Things not so great: Asking customers to send credit card details via a gmail account is NEVER a secure method of payment, I don't think they should insist that it is when it is absolutely not. If breakfast is served till 09:30, and we arrive at 09:20, don't tell me 'at last', it came across to all four guests.
I would advise booking a luxury room or better, the standard rooms are not so nice.
