The worst customer service possible
I stay at this hotel about 20 nights a year. This will be the last time. I accidentally booked the wrong night. Any decent hotel would credit that night to the next stay. But not here. I have been told by the staff I stay here more than any other customer.
No free breakfast EVER no aporeciation of any kind. So they kept my money and not only that but I needed a lays checkout snd they refused that as well.
I calculate I spend over $2000 USD per year here. It is not the nicest hotel in Nairobi, but it is ok. The restaurant is really bad. Do not get the buffet breakfast. It is not good.
I have stayed here a lot so it is clearly in my opinion a good price for the experience. Until you need someone in their hidden management group to take care of a problem.
I give it the worst rating possible due to the extreamly poor management. Not due to the staff. They try hard and apologize for their idiot bosses.
But those bosses are never willing to talk to a customer. And again I am their most frequent customer. So I’m sure if anything ever goes wrong with your trip they will not help you an any way.
Also be sure to book here with Hotels.com if you come it is about 30% less than booking direct.
Have a nice time in Kenya. But if you might want to try a different hotel.
