We had a beautiful view from our room to the skyline of Kuala Lumpur. Especially at night you could see the whole city sparkling. The hotel is in a more quit area and you can walk in 20 minutes to the important sights. The breakfast had a good mixture of malaysian and european food. Also the hotel provides a small market. Unfortunately at the beginning the reception couldn’t find our reservation but after a the support of the Expedia agent service they made it up to us. Besides of that, we were glad with our stay.

Staff very helpful and accommodating, many amenities offered, nice pool and work-out facility, very clean and room service offered daily (compared to other hotels in Malaysia that offer it every 2nd day!) Location in a safe area and some stores & restaurants are walking distance, but to reach the main tourists attractions, one must take a taxi (or bus that is an 8 minute walk!) Additionally, daily breakfast (wide variety) is included for all guests.

Excellent Hotel Ruined by Dishonest Extra Payment

The hotel’s location and social facilities were excellent, exceeding my expectations. The cleanliness was truly impressive, and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. However, I experienced a very disappointing situation during check-in. Although I had already paid the full amount including all taxes, the staff demanded an additional “tax” payment, claiming I could not check in otherwise. I was forced to pay it. When I later requested documentation, I discovered that the so-called tax was not an official charge at all — it was simply balanced off, meaning the money went straight into the hotel’s cash register. This was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable. Such practices seriously damage customer trust and overshadow what could have been an excellent overall stay.
