1st night at the deluxe room we stayed, water leakage. Contacted reception (from my room) 3 times, nobody picked up. I need to dash down & asked for maintenance staff for SOS. Actually two juniors were mending the night desk. Overall the incident took 45 minutes to settle (from calling till cleaning, included suction). The following day, informed the senior receptionist. Nothing much can help, instead suggested to send senior maintenance staff to double check & apologized. First time booked / stayed at Avante; with disappointment.

The hotel is connected to 1Utama shopping mall by linkway. The shopping mall is big and enjoyable to shop. Gym facility is operated by 3rd party and it is spacious and well maintained. Hotel room is spacious and well kept. However, there is a musky smell in the bed which made our stay less pleasant.
