There's no customer service as such. I was received with the question: "do you have a reservation?" To which I replied "yes" and immediately was given the keys to the cabin. When I asked "how do you know I'm the right person? The lady said "There's only one reservation pending to check in". No id requested, no chance to ask about the area. Seemed like the lady was in a hurry to leave.

Overall a very nice, safe and clean place to stay. Family friendly environment with a set of swings out in the lawn for kids (and grown ups) to play. Cabin was nice, spacious and very clean. Fireplace with plenty of wood, hot water and confortable beds. Friendly staff. Woke up with the lovely sounds of rooster and birds chirping.

El lugar está bien aunque es en la calle principal y pasan muchos autos quizá con un doble vidrio se arreglaría ese problema y bueno hay algunas circunstancias que que hay que resaltar por ejemplo que las lámparas no tienen contactos hay que desconectar y conectar cada vez que se quieren usar hay ciertos polines que no son muy cómodos y había plantas ya muertas que no no tenía nada que hacer ahí en macetas en general bien le recomendaría el lugar por supuesto cómo están

Es una cabaña con dos niveles, en el primer piso está la recámara y se accede por una escalera de caracol estrecha y en un punto una viga dificulta aún más el paso, la cama es cómoda, ropa de cama suficiente para las noches frías y húmedas del lugar, tiene dos balcones con puertas y recomiendo no abrir el que da a la calle porque hay un establo al otro lado y entran muchas moscas. La sala tiene un sillón con tres lugares, uno con reposes, cómodo para ver la televisión que está conectada anuncia sistema Roku, yo al menos pude concertar el canal de Disney con mi suscripción. El baño tiene regadera de margarita y agua caliente casi al instante, lamento que no tenga contactos eléctricos que son necesarios en un baño. Es una cabaña bastante acogedora, cuenta con chimenea pero no fue necesario usarla. El lugar es tranquilo pero el acceso a la propiedad desde la calle es muy fácil por lo que no lo siento seguro, a pesar de que no tuve ningún percance, pero esa sensación da. Pienso que es la peor cabaña de la propiedad y que solo la volvería a rentar si no encontrara otro hospedaje.
