Unacceptable for cost
The amenities and location are why I chose to stay here. I also favor Marriott over any other hotel chains. I was disappointed to start as our room was dirty and had a musty smell. One of my 3 kids ended up sick but it seemed to be only when we were in the room. On day 2 we found bugs crawling up the walls of the bathroom and one side of the bunk beds. I called the front desk, they said they would send someone up right away, no one ever came for the next 2 days to address the issue despite me calling again and again.
Housekeeping would come and replace towels but do nothing else so I would empty trash and leave it in the hallway for them each morning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not for the high price and fees you pay compared to what you get
