Good hotel partnered with shady parking garage
Hotel was good overall. Great location and friendly staff. Beware the parking garage they send you to though! They knowingly scammed me and charged .e more than double the price it said to park. When I saw it on the receipt after they charged my card they refused to refund it. Currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. This hotel is a good hotel, but do not park in the lot they are aligned with. They knew I was staying at the hotel and still way overcharged me on purpose hoping I wouldn't notice. Shady people. Beware.

Great for our first stay in New York
We enjoyed our stay in New York and we will definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was right. The room was comfortable. The only thing I would add is would be nice to have a dresser because we need to use our suitcases for other items and the room was a bit dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. It is in a great location. Right across the street is a real good place called 94 Corner Café serve the best burgers I’ve eaten perfect place for grabbing a breakfast another place just around the corner is the Manhattan Café it is a perfect place near the subway station where you can get to anywhere in New York. Very friendly and helpful staff

Great hotel
It was a great location and really good neighborhood. Perfect stay for our long weekend getaway. There were tons of really good places to eat nearby and a short subway ride to any of the NYC attractions.

Great Room for One Day
It was a great experience for the new years. A nice bed and clean room. The only complaint I could give is with the TV and the lack of channels despite there being a guide with the several that we were looking for but were unavailable. Nonetheless, it was a great room for the night and enjoyed our stay.

Good for the money
Very close to the 96th street subway station, so getting around Manhattan is easy, The rooms are a bit small but the price is good. Its an old building so expect the issues that come with that. Slow plumbing etc. Friendly helpful staff at the front desk.

Tiny, shabby, overpriced room with no breakfast. In fact they did not have a restaurant at all. I was given a granola bar as the only food offered! I paid over $250/night. Yuk!!!

Decent and Clean in Upper West Side
We needed separate beds and hotel prices in theater district were crazy. This was a decent hotel with good sized rooms. It’s time to rewalpaper or paint. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very close to a subway station and allowed us to take a bus to the East side of Manhattan just two blocks away. Our room was very quiet.
