"Colonia Roma is in the middle of everything in Mexico City. This apartment is closed to everything. I only eat plants and many vegan restaurants are nearby. Transportation takes you everywhere."
"I spent 4 days at this property in July to celebrate my birthday and enjoy CDMX. The property, staff, amenities, food, and location are excellent. The 24/7 Central Cafe was especially convenient and the food tasty.
I would like to acknowledge the customer-centered culture I saw in each and every hotel employee that I interacted with. From the housekeeper to the General Manager. Everyone was friendly, professional, and happy to work at the hotel.
The staff definitely made this trip and birthday a memorable experience. I would like to especially acknowledge our bellboy who greeted us upon checking in, the concierge for her friendliness and assistance that she provided us. The doormen who greeted us each time we left and returned, and helped us with luggage and stood watch for the car we requested to our trip to the airport upon our departure. A special thank you goes to the manager-in-charge who upgraded my room due to an issue with my initial room. The General Manager went above and beyond in providing her personal touch to my visit.
I highly recommend the hotel and excellent staff to friends, family, and anyone looking for a hotel centrally located adjacent to the Zocalo."
"If you’re looking for a really clean and comfortable space, this is the place!
From floor to ceiling,
Not to mention how comfortable the bed and pillows are.
Everything in this place is so clean and beautiful!
People are always welcoming! Great staff!"
