Customer service is excellent. Almost a perfect experience, except would recommend a little improvements. Like the neutral hue of the carpet in the room, but it was a little out of shape and need an update. Need a rowing machine in the fitness center.

Just ok
It was ok, I had higher expectations from a Ritz. The prices at the lobby bar for hot chocolate and a pot pie was beyond outrageous. Plus our room wasn’t cleaned until we asked at 5pm so that wasn’t good. Just a string of mishaps that maybe only happened to us but we live in hotels for a living and this hasn’t happened to us in almost 2yrs so I would book a different hotel next time I visit KL.

definitely one of the best accommodation options in the Bukit Pintang area; albeit a bit outdated. Excellent staff and very clean and spacious rooms.
