The rooms are really spacious (plenty of room in our double for our family of 2adults and 2 teens), and very clean and the location can't be beat. The street feels very neighborhoody with lots of restaurants, cafes and services nearby and you're a 15-30 minute walk away from many of the sights and other neighborhoods you're likely to visit. The breakfast is fine. Sometimes we ate elsewhere or left too early, but even so the hotel is an amazing value.

The Vuestro was a wonderful place to stay. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. Though the hotel is on a quiet street, it's only a short walk from many restaurants, and it's close to several neighborhoods and places worth visiting, including Roma, Condesa, Polanco and Bosque de Chapultepec. My only criticism, as someone who stayed for eight nights, is that the options for breakfast (which is included in the room rate) are limited and do not change day-to-day. Also, the hotel charges for refills of coffee. I nonetheless highly recommend staying here.

We really like the location: walking distance to many good restaurants and neighbourhoods. The pool was great in the heat. Not that big but big enough for our kids. In general it is a very small place with little room to move around. Also, The hotel does not offer possibly to buy drinks or food but you can find this around the corner. The breakfast was very simple and after 4 nights we were happy to move on.

This hotel left a lot to be desired. It had major issues with the cleaning service. 2 days in a row we returned to our room in the middle of the day to find the room only partially cleaned, with all of the towels missing. They took the “dirty” towels without replacing. When we went to front desk they were unable to give us clean towels for hours because they claimed they were having problem with their laundry service. It’s unacceptable to have no towels in the room for hours on end 2 days in a row. Especially because we were in town for a wedding and needed to shower in the afternoon to get ready for the night festivities. Also the cleaning staff never replaced the tissues so we had an empty tissue box for multiple days of our stay. Sheets were also stained.

I had a great experience at Vuestro. From the very beginning, we received a very warm welcome from the receptionist. And whatever we needed, we got it right away. The room was very clean. I like that the bathroom is located away from the bed. The breakfast staff were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.
