"This was our third time at this resort and the previous stay was just prior to COVID. This resort has expanded and we stayed in the new wing which was gorgeous and as we were on the 7th floor we were right near the rooftop pool, which I used every morning.
Some of the staff remembered us from our previous stay which was nice.

"My wife and I just spent another wonderful 12 nights at the Monarque, our 4th successive year.
We honestly can’t praise the hotel highly enough; definitely the best we have stayed at in our world travels. Everything about it is fabulous, especially the service, which is second to none. ALL staff are so obliging and helpful, and do everything possible to ensure a perfect and memorable stay.

"The staff were fabulous especially Twee, she was so helpful and capable. We stayed in the family room which was great , slept so well. The pool area was lovely and the shuttle into town very practical.
