"This is a really brilliant hotel in every respect. The service was phenomenal and the staff was outstanding, especially Mehak at the front desk. We told them that it was our honeymoon and we received an upgrade and beautiful room decoration. The room was extremely spacious, with a very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The pool is lovely to lounge by and the food options are great. We had a fantastic stay at this world-class hotel and cannot have been more satisfied. "

"The hotel is a beautifully restores haveli and is true my one of a kind. We loved the character, activities, and ambiance that the hotel offered. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern. However, the rooms are small, air conditioning is weak, and the interior room windows result in limited privacy. Nonetheless, the experience the hotel offers greatly out way the negatives. I highly recommend staying here for short trips 1-3 days. For longer trips, staying in Old Delhi may be tiring. "

"The hotel was just stunning, very clean, feels like you’re in a rainforest retreat just moments away from the hustle of New Delhi. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always making sure our needs were met and greeting us at every opportunity. luxury experience when visiting New Delhi. It is situated at a very convenient location with short walk or cab ride to popular tourist sights (e.g. India Gate, Humanyun's Tomb) and shopping venues (e.g. Khan Market, CP, South Extension). The rooms are very comfortable with all the expected amenities from a top hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. We ate at Machan and Varq, which were both great. We will be back. "

"It was the best service . From check in the general manager Rana was elegant and very kind. Then I went to my room and wax greeted by Lakshmi who went beyond and above in caring for me. She made sure I felt safe and comfortable and was present ea h and every day. Her cleaning team was fabulous- my room impeccable every evening when I came back. The food at breakfast was great . It’s really the staff they make this hotel so amazing. They look after your every need . "

"This is an extraordinary hotel. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the Oberoi made it so special- greeting us with a bouquet of 18 red roses, sending a delicious chocolate cake - and then when we returned to our room that evening, we walked into a bathtub filled with rose petals, and petals, candles and more flowers. The food was exquisite, the service over-and-above what we could expect. The hotel made us feel like royalty. "
