Could have gotten a perfect rating, if it is not because of the showering experience. There was no hot shower available. Apparently, the water heater is to be controlled at the air conditioner control panel, where it must remain at 20 degree Celsius with maximum fan speed, according to the helpdesk. Despite that, the shower at most gotten to room temperature, while the room ended up freezing cold.

As for the hotel is perfect but the check in is very slow and the parking is less and without security guards to attend to the front door also.
